Returns Policy


We are happy to accept returned items if they are unused, returned in original postage bag, with all original packaging in tact. All returns must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt.




Do you offer free returns?


Unfortunately we are not able to offer free returns at this time




How do I return?


If you wish to send an item back from your order, before sending please contact us at info@reposeliving.com and advise which items you will be returning. Within your email please include the order number, your full name and address. Once we have recieved your email please send your item directly to us with a note including your order number and full name on a note inside the package. We recommend you use a tracked service and obtain proof of postage. We do not accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. A typical refund process will take 21 days for returns to be processed and refunds to reach your bank account, but it can take up to 30 days during busier times. If after 30 days you have still not received your refund, please email info@reposeliving.com




Have you recieved my return?


We aim to process any returns ASAP. You should receive an email letting you know we have received your return, however, please allow up to 30 days before getting emailing Repose. If you have not received a full refund within 30 days of returning your item then email info@reposeliving.com and we will look into this for you.




What happens with late returns?


Any item returns after the 14 days of your receipt we're unable to accept and the item may be returned to you. Please contact us prior to all returns at info@reposeliving.com
